30 Day Program

Create a new relationship with your body, re-evaluate your lifestyle and re-connect with your innermost self.

  • Set of three individual sessions in person, by phone or Skype.
  • Each session includes Holistic Health Coaching and Energy Work.
  • All three sessions must be completed within 30 days.

90 Day Program

Connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be! Together over three months we will create your personal blueprint, define your body’s unique needs, set short and long-term personal goals and work towards sustainable change.

  • Two individual sessions per month (6 sessions total).
  • Coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want.
  • Energy Work to unlock energies that set you back.
  • Educational resources including handouts, recipes, books, or other materials as needed.
  • Access to my monthly newsletter. 
  • Email support between sessions.
